RESERVE HAIR CO. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all Reserve Hair Co. hair purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect length or texture selection, or other preference-based reasons.

We encourage you to carefully review your texture, length, quantity, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.

RAW HAIR CHARACTERISTICS

Reserve Hair Co. offers raw human hair. Because raw hair is minimally processed and sourced from individual donors, natural variations in color, wave or curl pattern, texture, and appearance may occur from bundle to bundle.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

ORDER ISSUES

Every order is inspected by Reserve Hair Co. before shipment. However, if you believe you received an incorrect item or an item with a potential defect, please contact us at hello@reservehairco.com within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the condition of the hair and packaging.

Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund. Each reported issue will be reviewed individually.

ALTERED OR INSTALLED HAIR

We cannot consider product-quality claims once the hair has been:

  • Installed, worn, cut, or altered
  • Colored, bleached, dyed, or chemically processed
  • Washed or treated with products
  • Had its wefts cut or otherwise modified

Please inspect your hair thoroughly before removing tags, altering the hair, or beginning installation.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders begin processing after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact hello@reservehairco.com as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered fulfillment or shipped cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED SHIPPING PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package before opening it, retain the original packaging, and contact us promptly so we can assist with the appropriate next steps.
